January 17, 2026 – EMC 2025 Awards & 2026 Kick-Off / Florence MS – The EMC will be meeting at Barry’s Seafood at 11:30am for our annual business meeting and awards banquet. Berry’s is located at 2942 US 49 in Florence, MS. We will be discussing the EMC Calendar for 2026. Your ideas and input are requested. We are always looking for someone to lead a drive along the roads less traveled to some out-of-the-way place for lunch or for our monthly meetings. Additionally, there will be awards! An award can be given to anyone for anything. Of course, there are perpetual awards. *Note that we are missing a couple of perpetual awards and would like to put those back into rotation for 2026. If you have a perpetual award that needs passing along, please be sure that you bring that along. The EMC’s Eager Beaver will be looking for a new home, so it’s recommended that you are present to ensure The Beav goes to a deserving new home. Dues are due between January and April and either Stephen Turner or Clay Johnston will be glad to take your membership dues which remain at $30.00 for 2026! February 14, 2026 – EMC Tech Session / Vicksburg MS – *Note the date! The February date for our visit with Pat and Barbara Cashman’s will be the second Saturday in February vs. the third Saturday. Pat and Barbara will be hosting a group of like-minded LBC owners, Gordon-Keeble and Morgans out of the Houston Tx area and thought that we’d like to give them an EMC gathering to remember. The kitchen, meeting area and restroom are heated. The large garage area is not. Pat will check around for a project or two. This party’s always fun. February 28, 2026 – EMC Drive / Brandon – Soso MS – (Rescheduled from January 31) Let’s try this again! Never made the ride to Soso MS? Here’s your first chance to chase Charlie in 2026. Meet at Ramey’s Market Place (212 E Government St, Brandon, MS 39043). Begin gathering at 8:45am. Prompt departure will be at 9:15 sharp. Be sure you have a full tank, the drive is 76 miles. March 14, 2026 – EMC Tops Down / Rocky Spring MS – For 2026 the EMC will be meet at Rocky Springs MS on the Natchez Trace with the hope of an early spring and a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day (March 17, 2026) so you might consider wearing a wee bit of green to avoid a pinch. Bring a dish and enjoy the afternoon with the EMC family and friends. Those leaving from the Jackson area will depart from the Clinton MS Visitors Center (on the Natchez Trace) at 10:00am. March 27 – 28, 2026 – New Orleans British Motoring Festival / Covington LA – Get your registration in early for the 34th Annual BMCNO British Motoring Festival. The EMC will join the BMCNO in the celebration of all things British. While making your registration be sure to get your T-shirt order in. The 2026 shirt is one of the favorites from years past. The EMC hopes for a good member turn out to enjoy the celebration with our friends in Louisiana. Watch their website and click on the calendar for show details. April 9 – 11, 2026 –The Natchez Concours d’Elegance / Natchez MS – The 4rd Annual Natchez Concours d’Elegance. This weekend show will kick-off on Thursday night April 9th with an early bird social and activities continue from there with the show in front of the Natchez Grand, the host hotel on Saturday April 11. The awards dinner will be held on Saturday evening at the Lower Lodge. Open to all Rolls Royce and Bentley’s, all British and European cars and cycles over 20 years old and all ages of European “Exotic” cars. April 14 – 17, 2026 – MG GOF South / Cape Canaveral FL – If you are looking for a large gathering of MGs in the southeast that is not too far from home the 2026 Gathering of the Faithful this is the show for you. April 17 – 18, 2026 – Brits on the Bay / Pensacola FL – For the 31st annual Brits on the Bay show the Panhandle British Car Association will fill the field with friends, fun and automobiles. The party starts Friday night with a reception at the Museum on Commerce and the show will be on Saturday at Seville Square Park. The featured marque for 2026 will be the much-loved Bug-eyed Sprite. May 16, 2026 – EMC McLaren Weekend / Braxton MS – On our way down to “Beautify Braxton” we’re sure we’ll find some interesting roads. Come and join the drive and the visit with Mike and Alice. July 18, 2026 – EMC Gathering / Clinton MS – Will and Jennifer Duncan have a great view of Lake Merganser out behind their house and would like to share it with the EMC on a date where the great out of doors can be enjoyed. Bring a chair and a pot-luck contribution and come join us for a lazy afternoon in the sun. We’ll start the gathering at 11:00 am with lunch at around 12:00pm. August 25 – 27, 2026 – North American Council of MG Registers / Sandusky Ohio – If your an MG owner this is the BIG One. The five year all MG Register event! September 18 – 19, 2026 – EMC Brits on the Bluff / Natchez MS – We have the promise of a perfect weekend for the 29th annual BOTB. Hang out on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River starting with our Friday night party and spend Saturday with us overlooking the Mississippi River. October 2 – 3, 2026 – Renaissance Euro Fest Car Show / Ridgeland MS – Come to Ridgeland Mississippi and enjoy the 18th annual Renaissance Euro Fest. The 2025 event was one to remember. Lots of participation from EMC members as well as friends from surrounding clubs will be the order again for 2026. When posted get your entry in early and make plans to attend. You’ll see cars that you don’t get a chance to enjoy often and in the beautiful surroundings of the Renaissance. It’s just magnificent. Dates TBA), 2026 – Nashville All British Car Show / Nashville TN – If you’re looking for a nice drive up the Natchez Trace there’s no better reason than to attend the 32th annual Nashville British Car Club Show. Lots to do including taking in the Lane Museum of Cars while in town. A reception is usually held on Friday evening and the shows on Saturday. Details: www.nashvillebritishcarclub.org
October 14 – 18, 2026 – Vintage Triumph Register / Kerrville TX – Of the national events for 2026 this maybe the closest so make plans to attend. Summer will be past and fall will be in the air for this cool drive. Detail: https://vintagetriumphregister.org
October 16 – 17, 2026 – South Alabama British Car Festival / Fairhope AL – It’s a nice drive down to the fair community of Fairhope AL so join the caravan to the lovely city by Mobile Bay. The Friday night meet and greet is always fun and the food is fantastic and on show day the ladies love the short walk to downtown. Join EMC members to drive and celebrate this show in its 35th year! October 22 – 24, 2026 – Brits in the Ozarks / Fayetteville AR – If you love mountain traveling with great vistas this is a great show to travel to and perhaps spend some additional time in the Ozarks. Details: www.britishironnwa.org

November 7, 2026 – EMC Chili Bowl Tech / Ridgeland MS – Yep, on the calendar for 2026. We’ll have the chili on the stove and a wrench ready for stirring. December 5, 2026 – EMC Holiday Party / Clinton MS Bells will be ringing some happy news! The EMC has been invited to the home of Will and Jennifer Duncan for the year end 2025 Christmas Party.
